Dishes were cleared when we finished but without rushing us. Service was excellent: water was refilled several times without our request and samples of wine offered when the one desired was unavailable. ![]() Desserts were all quite good and plentiful: apple pie, bread pudding, and creme brulee. Warning on the calamari appetizer: the "cherry pepper" slices included are hot/spicy - an unpleasant surprise if you don't like hot/spicy (the case with one of our party unfamiliar with cherry peppers). The Southern Maize scallops were cooked perfectly but had little flavor although the accompanying spinach & sun-dried tomato risotto was delicious. The filet mignon was tender and grilled as requested, and the seafood with linguini was tasty and plentiful. Three of us enjoyed a very good dinner with large portions early one Saturday evening.
